The Role

Job Location: Remote (UK Resident)

Reports To: Director/VP of Business Development

Department: CEO

Position Overview: The Business Development Manager (BDM) for House Repair Claims will drive growth in our house repair claims services by developing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and managing key accounts to meet business targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct research to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with insurance companies, homeowners, contractors, and property managers.
  • Business Development: Network, attend industry events, and leverage online platforms to find new clients; prepare proposals.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation: Manage sales pipeline, close deals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with operations to ensure timely service delivery for claims.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to improve service and customer experience.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track performance, prepare reports, and inform management of trends.

Ideal Profile

  • At least 6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in consulting or related industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Eligible UK residents only.
