Business Development Manager (gn) – Focus US & M&A

What to expect:

• Collaborate closely with senior management in the US and the headquarters in Langenfeld on operational and strategic business initiatives across the US market.
• Contribute to M&A initiatives and post-merger integration efforts, helping align teams, structures, and processes, conduct efficiency analysis, and set business priorities.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
• Drive business development activities with a strong focus on the US market, building partnerships and identifying expansion potential.
• Facilitate the transfer of innovative products and services from headquarters into the US market.
• Prepare business cases, presentations, and reports for key stakeholders and executive leadership.

What we expect from you:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Several years of hands-on experience in Business Development, ideally with exposure to international M&A projects and post-merger integration.
• Strategic thinker with a self-driven, structured approach, strong analytical skills, and excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Prior experience with the US market or a strong understanding of its business culture and regulations is a plus.
• Fluent in English (C1+); German language skills are a plus.
