Business Development Manager (Germany - Remote)

Our client is a renowned medical spa company founded in 1972 in Lithuania, known for its long tradition of Medical SPA treatments and natural therapeutic factors such as mineral water, healing mud, and climate, combined with modern technologies and innovative medical equipment. They are the largest sanatorium in Eastern Europe, employing around 900 staff members.

Their locations include two Lithuanian resorts – Birštonas and Druskininkai – as well as a Day Centre in Vilnius opened in 2023. They offer various services across these locations, including sauna complexes, swimming pools, restaurants, cafes, conference rooms, gyms, outdoor reflexology paths, libraries, gardens, playgrounds, and sports courts.

They are seeking a dedicated and driven Business Development Manager to help expand their presence in the German market. This role involves managing communications with new agencies, health insurance companies, and corporate clients in Germany. The ideal candidate is a proactive salesperson with a hands-on mentality, passion for sales, and interest in the medical tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and develop new B2B sales channels and execute the sales budget.
  2. Conduct market research to identify potential corporate clients.
  3. Engage in direct sales to corporate clients.
  4. Organize and oversee sales processes.
  5. Resolve arising issues and manage conflicts.
  6. Represent the company at events and business missions.
  7. Collaborate closely with other departments of the sanatorium.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years active sales experience.
  • Experience in hospitality, medical tourism, or health insurance industries is a significant advantage.
  • Own a personal vehicle for work purposes.
Skills:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
