To support our international expansion and development of the organisation in Germany, we are looking for a :

Business Development Manager Germany (m-w-d)

Remote / Home Office

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Strategic concept alignment and development of the company's German market commercial policy, including product selection, pricing and distribution, in cooperation with the Group.
  • Develop and modify value proposition and product pricing policy.
  • Analysis of the competitive market and customer behaviour in the area of managed products including Benchmarking - comparing company solutions with the practices of competitors.
  • Presenting the results of analysis to the management and recommending pro-sales activities on this basis.
  • Create recommendations for product introduction, expansion or withdrawal.
  • Optimise company operations to conditions and market opportunities in Germany
  • Transfer of adopted strategic assumptions to operational and organizational activities.
  • Actively participate in the improvement and development of new and current brands and product lines.
  • Develop concepts and implementation projects for the company's sales and product standards.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of solutions that build competitive advantage.
  • Acquisition of new business clients - searching for potential clients, making contact by phone and e-mail, arranging meetings.
  • Develop and implement trade promotions.
  • Creation of commercial offers in accordance with the approved template, applicable procedures and company policies and their presentation to potential customers.
  • Conducting sales discussions and negotiations, building lasting relationships with customers.
  • Regular monitoring and review of customer needs.
  • Prepare periodic analysis of company sales and market share.
  • Inspire, organize and monitor the implementation of development activities of managed products.
  • Monitor costs and promotional budgets for the managed product.
  • Monitor and modify sales strategies according to market changes and sales performance.
  • Representing the company at trade shows and conferences.

YOUR PROFILE :

  • Successfully completed studies at a university or a relevant vocational qualification.
  • Experience in the renovation or construction industry, ideally with exposure to professional tools.
  • Successful track record of implementing sales and brand strategies
  • Analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Independence and strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive approach to business matters and strong communication skills.
  • Native-level German language skills and good command of English.
