What you'll be doing

As an Business Development Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of customer acquisition through influencer marketing and strategic brand partnerships across 10+ countries.

  • Own and execute the customer acquisition strategy in new and existing markets of getquin via influencer marketing and strategic brand partnerships.

  • Identify potential affiliates, negotiate deals, and aim to create a win-win setup, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships and long-term collaboration.

  • Design and implement campaigns for affiliates, promoting new product features, and highlight best practices to drive engagement, maximize conversions, and enhance acquisition.

  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of affiliate programs, including deal submissions and all forms of communication (i.e. Instagram; E-Mail)

  • Analyze the performance of affiliates, create regular reports and identify potential for optimization.

  • Identify and set-up collaborations with other brands to further increase our reach and customer value.

  • Plan and execute influencer events aligned with business goals.

  • Identify trends and opportunities in affiliate marketing and constantly monitor the competition.


What we are looking for
  • You are characterized by your independence and hands-on mentality.

  • You have excellent communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset - i.e. you have experience with automating reports and you are confident in excel.

  • You can speak and write English and German fluently.
