We’re looking for a Sales Person with a hands-on attitude to successfully sell our Telephone- and Meetingbooths in the DACH / French / BeNeLux market. We want someone who loves our customers as much as we do and thus does not sacrifice their experience.
As a Business Development Manager at mute-labs, you make sure that:
You reach the revenue growth targets - your own and the team's.
You treat all incoming leads with utmost care.
You use every customer interaction to WOW our (potential) customers and provide them with the most high-quality customer experience they can imagine.
We have full transparency of our sales pipeline and accurate data, by having a very organized and well-structured sales pipeline.
You continuously improve sales performance, measured in conversion rate along the funnel as well as revenue generated.

You have a strong commercial mindset and understand the workings of an organization.
You’re a strong operator – you love getting things done!
You know how to excite and convince people to buy into your vision.
You’re a strong team player and communications talent.
You have valuable experience in Sales and/or Account Management.
English plus French language skills on a native level.
