Business Development Manager France (all genders)

Are you a passionate sales professional ready to take ownership of the French market?

Do you enjoy building customer relationships, driving sales processes, and helping a growing SaaS company expand internationally?

We are in search of a hands-on Sales Manager to help us establish and grow our presence in France. Be part of our international growth journey – and make a real impact from day one!

We are looking for #DenkerKoennerMacher to join our colorful and diverse team, full-time and part-time.

Your mission:

  • Taking ownership of sales and market development in France, you’ll focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • From the initial contact and product demo to contract negotiation and closing – you’ll manage the entire sales cycle.
  • In close collaboration with our Head of Sales Execution, you'll align on strategy and receive support, while independently driving success in the French market.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities will be part of your daily routine, as will building long-term relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
  • By analyzing customer needs and market trends, you’ll position our SaaS solution competitively and effectively in the French landscape.
  • Working cross-functionally with Marketing, PreSales, and Consulting, you'll help ensure a seamless and customer-centric experience throughout the sales journey.
  • You’ll continuously refine your sales activities using data-driven insights and regularly report on KPIs, pipeline status, and customer feedback.

Your profile:

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management – ideally in the SaaS or software industry – make you a great fit for this role.
  • A hands-on sales personality by nature, you thrive in fast-growing environments and love closing deals.
  • You bring a proven track record in building new markets or regions, ideally with prior success in market entry or scaling initiatives.
  • Thinking strategically while executing pragmatically comes naturally to you – rolling up your sleeves is part of your leadership style.
  • Native-level French and excellent English skills are required; German is a plus.
  • You’re confident selling complex digital solutions and comfortable engaging with decision-makers across diverse industries.
  • Independent, driven, and collaborative – you take full ownership of your market while working closely with your international team.
