Tasks

This is a remote contract role for a Business Development Manager in Europe. The Business Development Manager will build and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth. She/He will develop and implement strategic sales plans, conduct market research, and present solutions to clients. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

• Increasing the reach and impact of our Interim Product Management services by acquiring new clients
• Maintaining client relationships and participating in industry events
• Collaborating with the team to test and improve prospecting strategies
• Coaching Product Managers to enhance their client relationships
• Building strong partnerships with both clients and internal teams
• Leading initiatives that improve team performance, client satisfaction, and long-term profitability
