Business Development Manager, EMEA, Strategic Accounts – Germany

Our client is a publicly traded company in the Industrial Digital Printing / Embellishment industry.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager in the Industrial Printing sector to drive business growth and expand existing accounts.

The company is a global leader in digital print enhancement, revolutionizing the printing industry with innovative technology. Their solutions enable brands, print service providers, and converters to add high-value embellishments, enhancing customer experience and market differentiation. As a global entity, they are expanding their footprint worldwide, especially in packaging and web-to-print sectors.

We require a senior business professional capable of engaging with C-level contacts in large companies, possessing a good understanding of print and high-level management. The ideal candidate has a background in Business Development or Sales within the EMEA region, focused on growing new and existing business.

Job Responsibilities :

  1. Develop and expand business within existing and new strategic accounts in packaging and web-to-print sectors.
  2. Identify and create high-value opportunities for Scodix solutions.
  3. Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers.
  4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to increase adoption and revenue.
  5. Provide market insights to support strategic positioning.
  6. Achieve sales quotas as part of the compensation plan.

Requirements :

  • MUST: Familiarity with digital print production processes and technology.
  • MUST: Proven experience in business development or sales within print, packaging, or related sectors.
  • Deep understanding of print business models, workflows, and market trends.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills at senior levels.
  • Self-motivated with a strategic and results-driven mindset.
  • MUST: Willingness to travel extensively across EMEA – approximately 75%.
  • MUST: Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
