Business Development Manager, EMEA, Strategic Accounts – Germany

Our client is a publicly traded company in the Industrial Digital Printing / Embellishment industry.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager in the Industrial Printing sector to expand existing accounts and grow new business.

The company is a global leader in digital print enhancement, revolutionizing the industry with innovative technology. Their solutions enable brands, print service providers, and converters to add high-value embellishments, enhancing customer experience and market differentiation. As they expand worldwide, they are driving growth in packaging and web-to-print sectors.

We need a senior professional who can engage with C-level contacts in large companies, with a solid understanding of print and high-level management. The ideal candidate has a background in Business Development or Sales within EMEA, focused on growth and account expansion.

Job Responsibilities :

  1. Develop and grow business within existing and new strategic accounts in packaging and web-to-print.
  2. Identify and create high-value opportunities for Scodix solutions.
  3. Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers.
  4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to increase adoption and revenue.
  5. Provide market insights to support strategic positioning.
  6. Achieve sales targets as part of the compensation package.

Requirements :

  1. MUST: Familiarity with digital print production processes and technology.
  2. MUST: Proven experience in business development or sales within print, packaging, or related sectors.
  3. Deep understanding of print business models, workflows, and market trends.
  4. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills at senior levels.
  5. Self-motivated with a strategic and results-driven approach.
  6. MUST: Extensive travel across EMEA (~75%).
  7. MUST: Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
