Business Development Manager, EMEA, Strategic Accounts – Germany

Our client is a publically traded company in the Industrial Digital Printing / Embellishment industry.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager in the Industrial Printing sector to increase business and expand existing accounts.

The company is a global leader in digital print enhancement, revolutionizing the printing industry with cutting-edge technology. Their innovative solutions enable brands, print service providers, and converters to add high-value embellishments to their products, enhancing customer experience and market differentiation. As a global company, they continue to expand their footprint worldwide, driving growth in the packaging and web-to-print sectors.

We are looking for a senior businessperson who can work with C-level contacts in large companies with a good understanding in print and high level management. The ideal candidate comes from a Business Development / Sales background covering EMEA to grow new business and expand existing business.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Develop and expand business within existing and new strategic accounts in packaging and

web-to-print.

  • Identify and create high-value opportunities for Scodix solutions.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Provide market insights to support business strategy and positioning.
  • Own a sales quota as part of the compensation package.

Requirements :

  • MUST : Familiarity with digital print production processes and technology.
  • MUST : Proven experience in business development or sales within the print, packaging, or
  • Deep understanding of print business models, workflows, and market trends.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills at senior levels.
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and results-driven approach.
  • MUST : Extensive travel required across EMEA- 75%.
  • MUST : Fluency in English and German, any other language will be
