about the role

As aBusiness Developer, you will lead and own sales initiatives to acquire new clients (Greenfield) and expand existing accounts (Brownfield). Working closely with Client Executives and cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth. Your expertise will help position Orange as a trusted partner in digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify & Develop Opportunities:Build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through lead generation campaigns, networking, and market insights.
  • Client Engagement:Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and craft compelling solutions.
  • Proposal & Negotiation:Lead the creation of proposals, coordinate bid teams, and negotiate complex deals to secure business.
  • Account Growth:Maintain and grow profitable relationships within existing and new accounts.
  • Market & Industry Insights:Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to anticipate client needs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:Work with Solution Experts, Marketing, and Partner Teams to deliver tailored solutions and maximize customer value.

about you

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of client-facing experience in telecom, IT, or related industries.
  • Proven success in high-level corporate sales, especially Managed and/or Integration services.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on digital transformation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage at C-level and build long-term relationships.
  • Degree in Business, Technology, or relevant field.
