Our client is a subsidiary of a successful, internationally active company with several thousand employees in Germany and abroad. The company specializes in sophisticated products and is a leading player in the identification segment, offering a product portfolio including smart lockers, access control, and ID solutions.

Responsibilities:
  1. Expand business presence in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) through proactive sales, partner activation, and strategic development.
  2. Focus on technical, solution-based selling to promote lockers as the primary product, while also selling other related products and systems (access control, ID solutions).
  3. Partner with manufacturing, logistics, and commercial real estate companies.
  4. Build relationships with facility planners, workspace designers, and large-scale distributors to secure product placements in new projects.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights into product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications:
  1. 5+ years of experience in B2B technical or solution-based business development/sales.
  2. Background in electronics, embedded systems, security technology, industrial automation, or smart infrastructure.
  3. Experience in selling integrated hardware and software solutions.
  4. Strong understanding of physical security, IoT, RFID, and workplace technology is highly valued.
  5. Experience working with system integrators, facility technology partners, or OEMs.
  6. Connections in manufacturing, logistics, commercial real estate, or public sector procurement are a plus.
  7. Ability to explain technical concepts to engineers and decision-makers, and identify synergies across product lines.
  8. Fluency in German and good knowledge of English.
