Responsibilities:
  • Expand business presence in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) through proactive sales, partner activation, and strategic development.
  • Focus on technical, solution-based selling, promoting lockers as the primary product along with access control and ID solutions.
  • Partner with manufacturing, logistics, and commercial real estate companies.
  • Build relationships with facility planners, workspace designers, and large distributors to secure product placements in new projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights into product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Over 5 years of experience in B2B technical or solution-based business development/sales.
  • Background in electronics, embedded systems, security technology, industrial automation, or smart infrastructure.
  • Experience selling integrated hardware and software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of physical security, IoT, RFID, and workplace technology is highly valued.
  • Experience working with system integrators, facility technology partners, or OEMs.
  • Connections in manufacturing, logistics, real estate, or public sector procurement are a plus.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to engineers and decision-makers.
  • Fluency in German and good knowledge of English.
