We are recruiting for HATO : Business Development Manager - German Speaking

As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of HATO’s commercial team. You will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and forming strategic alliances within agribusiness. Together with the team, you will achieve ambitious targets that create real impact. You enjoy working hard, learn quickly, and deliver results in a dynamic and innovative agricultural sector. You will report to the Commercial Director.

You will work in a results-driven environment with clear deadlines and ambitious objectives. A leadership style that sets high expectations and encourages continuous improvement appeals to you. You know how to set the right priorities and make impactful decisions that drive growth. You have a positive attitude and a growth mindset, seizing opportunities and overcoming challenges.

We are particularly interested in experienced candidates who meet the following requirements :

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in a technical or agricultural field)
  • Sector knowledge : you have an affinity with the agricultural and / or electrical sectors and understand the unique dynamics of these markets
  • Willingness to travel regularly
  • CRM expertise : you enjoy using CRM systems as an effective tool
  • A results-driven mindset and strong time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Additional languages and affinity with the agricultural or electrical sectors are a plus
