• Drive New Business : Strongly focus on proactively attracting new clients and build a robust business pipeline.
• Client Relationship Management : Support the Site Managers for key clients, ensuring seamless communication and service.
• Market Insight : Stay ahead of industry trends and translate these insights into actionable strategies for clients and our organization.
• Tender Management : Oversee the entire tender process, challenging our teams in Solutions, Engineering, Information Systems, and financial areas to deliver the best results.
• Innovative Solutions : Ensure our customer solutions are unique and flexible, meeting the ever-changing needs of our clients and positioning us as the Partner for the Future.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with the BeNeLux team to develop and present creative solutions that resonate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Consumer Understanding : Leverage your understanding of current consumer needs to translate them into effective logistics services for our clients.
• Studies in logistics or a related field - We value practical experience and strong market connections
• Experience : At least 5 years in a similar position and work environment.
• Strong understanding of Contract Logistics and the ability to thrive under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of the European market is essential for this sales role.
• Technical Expertise : Familiarity with (complex) automation is a plus.
• Commercial Insight : Sharp commercial awareness with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
• Resilience : Ability to turn setbacks into new opportunities and maintain a positive outlook.
• Language Proficiency : Fluency in English. Any other language is a plus.
• Valid Driver's license and availability to travel within Europe.
