Our climate protection projects not only save CO₂, but also promote sustainable development through technology transfer and poverty reduction. Join us in supporting national and international corporate customers in aligning and achieving their climate protection goals. To this end, we develop customized concepts, green energy solutions, tools and software, creating added value for our customers and for climate protection.

For our team in Berlin we are looking for a Business Development Manager Climate Protection (d/f/m).

Your mission
  • You independently develop climate protection concepts along the guideline “avoid before reduce before offset”, mainly for large German and European corporate clients. For this purpose, you use existing atmosfair approaches and products and develop them strategically.
  • You advise corporate clients, prepare offers and reports for them as an account manager and support clients in implementing their climate strategies.
  • You manage atmosfair’s existing products in the area of business travel and CO₂ compensation and adapt them to customer needs in sales.
  • You further expand existing cooperations with national and international companies. In doing so, you will use and expand the atmosfair network of our patrons, environmental NGOs, the BMUV, companies and other partners.
  • You report to the team leader Business Development and the management and work closely with the team for climate protection projects.
Your profile
  • A degree in the field of economics, natural sciences or engineering,
  • At least 2 years of professional experience – ideally in sales or business development,
  • Experience in approaching and serving corporate customers,
  • Expertise and voluntary commitment in the field of environment/climate protection,
  • Personal initiative and the motivation to make a difference for climate protection,
  • Strong language and communication skills,
  • Business fluent in German and English.
