Your mission

You will support our business development and account management team in the chemicals segment, leveraging your industry knowledge and network to foster the growth of msg industry advisors:

  • Expand our Chemicals unit and customer base
  • Support existing customers in development and business growth
  • Develop and market innovative topics aligned with msg industry advisors' positioning
  • Acquire projects within your responsible customer segment and manage the sales process
  • Promote the service portfolio of msg industry advisors and the msg group to our customers
  • Design and support projects, including project management or steering committee roles
  • Create marketing materials, attend conferences, and participate in industry working groups
Your profile
  • Degree and/or relevant professional experience in industry or consulting, with knowledge of core chemical industry processes
  • Customer-oriented, resilient network in the relevant industry, proven skills in customer and project acquisition in consulting
  • Economic mindset, understanding of business models in consulting, and willingness to assume profit/loss responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills, mediating between interests to facilitate decisions
  • Fluent in German and English, thorough, proactive, with high customer orientation, and confident at all hierarchy levels
  • Willing to work remotely and on-site at our locations or at customer sites
