• Develop and execute business development strategies for biopharma ingredients (APIs, excipients, intermediates).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with R&D, procurement, and senior stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with global manufacturing partners to align on customer needs and product offerings.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and provide regular performance reports.

Candidate Profile :

Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field.

Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Fluent in German and English ; additional languages are a plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.

Willingness to travel up to 50% across the assigned regions.
