Job summary

CMA CGM Group sucht am Standort Stuttgart einen Business Development Manager Air & Ocean (m/w/d). In dieser Rolle treiben Sie die Neukundengewinnung voran, bauen das internationale Kundenportfolio aus und arbeiten eng mit dem Sales-Team zusammen.

Sie identifizieren neue Märkte, führen Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch und verhandeln Verträge. Sie sind zentrale Ansprechperson für interne Stakeholder und begleiten den gesamten Sales-Cycle bis zum Abschluss.

Qualifications

• Mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, insbesondere im Hunting.
• Hohe Kundenaffinität, Serviceorientierung und Teamfähigkeit.
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gute Deutsch-/Englisch-Kommunikation.

Responsibilities

• Neukundenakquise und Ausbau des Kundenportfolios durch Markt- und Wettbewerbsrecherche.
• Identifikation neuer Märkte und Zielkunden inkl. Potenzialanalysen.
• Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen mit Entscheidungsträgern.
• Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen bis zum Abschluss.
• Zentraler Ansprechpartner für das Sales-Team und Geschäftsführung.
• Ganzheitliche Steuerung des Sales-Cycles von Erstansprache bis Abschluss.

Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für die Neukundenakquise sowie den strategischen und operativen Ausbau des Kundenportfolios durch aktive Markt- und Wettbewerbsrecherche
• Identifikation und Erschließung neuer Märkte und Zielkunden inklusive Potenzialanalysen
• Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen mit relevanten Entscheidungsträgern
• Führung von Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen mit potenziellen Geschäftspartnern bis zum Abschluss
• Zentraler Ansprechpartner für das interne Sales-Team sowie für die Geschäftsführung
• Ganzheitliche Steuerung des Sales-Cycles – von der Erstansprache über Angebotsphase bis hin zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss

Das wünschen wir uns:

• Mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, insbesondere im Hunting sammeln.
• Zielstrebige und erfolgsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Hohe Kundenaffinität und Serviceorientierung.
• Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office.
• In Sichere Kommunikation in deutscher und englischer Sprache in Wort und Schrift
