Job summary

CEVA Logistics sucht am Standort Stuttgart einen Field Sales Specialist (m/w/d) zur Neukundengewinnung und zum Ausbau bestehender Geschäftsbeziehungen im Logistikbereich. Sie identifizieren neue Märkte, pflegen Kontakte zu potenziellen Kunden und führen Verhandlungen bis zum Vertragsabschluss.

Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung (Hunting), arbeiten zielorientiert und serviceorientiert, kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch und arbeiten gerne im Team.

Qualifications

• Mehrjährige Vertriebs­erfahrung im Hunting
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Hohe Kundenorientierung und Serviceorientierung
• Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
• Zielstrebigkeit und Erfolgsorientierung

DEINE ZUKÜNFTIGEN AUFGABEN:

• Du bist verantwortlich für die Nekundenakquise und kümmerst dich dadurch um den strategischen und operativen Ausbau durch aktive Marktrecherche.
• Du identifizierst neue Märkte und Kunden.
• Du sorgst für den Aufbau langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen.
• Du führst Verhandlungen mit potenziellen Geschäftspartnern.
• Du bist Ansprechpartner für das Sales Team und die Geschäftsführung
• Du steuerst den kompletten Sales-Cycles bis zum Vertragsabschluss
