Job summary

CEVA Logistics sucht am Standort Hamburg eine/n Speditionskaufmann Seefracht Export (m/w/d). Zu den Aufgaben gehört die eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung von LCL- und FCL-Verladungen, Disposition, Avisierung sowie Fakturierung, einschließlich Rechnungsprüfung bei Reedereien und Packbetrieben.

Die Spracheinsatz erfolgt primär in Deutsch und Englisch. Wir erwarten eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Speditions- und Logistikbereich, plus Erfahrung im Seefracht Export sowie ausgeprägte

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen.
• Erfahrung im Seefracht Export wünschenswert.
• Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Teamfähigkeit.

Responsibilities

• Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung von LCL- und FCL-Verladungen.
• Disposition, Avisierung und Fakturierung an Kunden.
• Rechnungsprüfung von Reedereien und Packbetrieben.
• Englische Korrespondenz mit weltweitem Netzwerk und Kunden.
• Verantwortung für Reklamationsmanagement.

DEINE ZUKÜNFTIGEN AUFGABEN:

• Du bist verantwortlich für die eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung von Lcl und FCL Verladungen gemäß unseren Qualitätsanforderungen.
• Du beschäftigst dich mit der Disposition, Avisierung und Fakturierung an unsere Kunden.
• Du kümmerst dich um die Rechnungsprüfung von Reedereien und Packbetrieben.
• Du stellst tägliche Korrespondenz mit unserem weltweitem Netzwerk und unseren Kunden in englischer Sprache sicher.
• Du bist verantwortlich für das Reklamationsmanagement.

• Deine Basis bildet eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung zum/zur Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen.
• Du konntest bereits Erfahrung im Seefracht Export sammeln
• Du zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Kundenorientierung und Serviceorientierung aus.
• In der deutschen und englischen Sprache kommunizierst Du sicher in Wort und Schrift.
• Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
• Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office & Co
