Your mission
  • Identification, approach and development of new sales partners through market analyses and participation in trade fairs

  • Planning and implementation of targeted sales and marketing measures for lead generation and customer acquisition via sales partners

  • Management and support of the entire agency partner process from initial contact to technical connection and contract conclusion

  • Developing programmes to support agencies (training, certifications, toolkits)

  • Providing strategic and operational support to sales partners with a focus on increasing sales, further development and activation

  • Managing lead management between sales partners, customers and internal teams, including coordinating external project enquiries

  • Identifying opportunities to expand business with existing partners by offering additional products or services

  • Obtaining feedback for continuous improvement of the partner experience and offering

  • Expanding and activating a qualified network of agency partners through structured onboarding.


Your profile
  • Partner orientation:Strong partner orientation and the ability to build and maintain partner relationships
  • Communication skills:Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with partners and understand their requirements
  • Problem solving: Ability to quickly identify partner problems and solve them to ensure partner satisfaction
  • Negotiation skills: Experience in sales negotiations and the ability to convince partners of our services
Ideally, you also have...
  • Several years of experience in business development
