At Hoppe Marine weve been setting global standards in maritime fluid control and vessel performance technology for over 75 years. In collaboration with Admaren Tech (India) weve launched a groundbreaking company SecureLoad. SecureLoad is the worlds first web-based loading computer and stowage planner built to transform how vessels manage maritime operations. This next-generation solution brings together German reliability and Indian software excellence enabling smarter safer and more efficient maritime operations.

As Business Development Manager SecureLoad you will lead our expansion efforts and drive revenue growth with a strong focus on the European market.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the SecureLoad sales strategy aligned
  • Engage with ship owners operators and shipyards to showcase SecureLoad
  • Delivering impactful product demonstrations to highlight technical value and ROI
  • Coordinate with SecureLoads local sales team to drive joint go-to-market activities
  • Prepare compelling proposals manage RFQs lead technical-commercial negotiations
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets (pipeline orders revenue)
  • Provide market insights to refine sales tactics and product features
  • Represent SecureLoad at industry events and trade shows (e.g. Breakbulk Europe local conferences)
Your profile
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in maritime field
  • 7 years of B2B sales experience in shipping heavy-lift offshore or maritime IT solutions
  • Strong understanding of cargo planning and operations
  • Track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets and leading cross-border collaborations
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Willingness to travel (up to 40%) to India Europe and key maritime regions
  • Self-driven strategic thinker relationship-oriented and deadline-focused
