Due to continuing expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team to drive growth and increase market share, focusing on mechanical and main contractors.

  2. Understanding of ventilation systems, HVAC products, or mechanical engineering principles.
  3. Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, manage long-term client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
  4. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex sales processes.
  5. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000

Bonus: 20%

Holiday entitlement: 25 days
