Position Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategies to grow VT Markets' client base. The Business Development Manager will handle tasks such as generating leads, analyzing market trends, networking with potential clients, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities :
  1. Identifying new leads for expansion and developing strategies to grow our business, particularly within the FX industry.
  2. Expanding our portfolio of Introducing Brokers and Partners.
  3. Maintaining contact with clients and partners to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  4. Building and maintaining a personal portfolio of clients.
  5. Following up on client queries and providing prompt feedback.
  6. Achieving and exceeding monthly targets.
  7. Participating in training and support sessions provided by the company.
Experience & Qualifications :
  1. A diploma or degree in any field is preferred.
  2. Previous experience in B2B Forex or CFD sales or account management is required.
  3. Excellent oral and written English skills.
  4. Knowledge of French or Spanish is an advantage.
  5. 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
  6. Proficiency in German and English languages.
  7. Access to personal devices suitable for a fully remote role.
