We are seeking a full-time, associate-middle level Business Development Manager for a home-office role with frequent business travel.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Identifying new business opportunities and expanding sales channels through strategic analysis and competitor evaluation;
  2. Building long-term partnerships with solar sales channels in the DACH market;
  3. Maintaining relationships with major European solar and renewable energy distributors;
  4. Organizing offline sales events, exhibitions, and business forums in the DACH region;
  5. Planning and executing sales and marketing activities to seize business opportunities;
  6. Developing strategies to increase market share and meet sales targets.
Your profile includes:
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience in sales and business development, preferably in new energy, solar, battery, power tools, or RV industries;
  • Strong network with key solar distributors is preferred;
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing is preferred;
  • Self-driven with leadership skills, pragmatic, communicative, and problem-solving abilities;
  • Positive, solution-oriented, culturally sensitive, and empathetic;
  • Excellent German (C1 or above) and English (C1 or above) verbal and written skills; additional European languages are a plus.
