At Claire Joster International, we are looking to incorporate a Business Development Manager for one of our main clients in the technology sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading commercial growth across Germany, targeting both the education market and B2B corporate environments. This role is remote and offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge collaboration technologies.

Our client is an international leader in interactive displays and collaboration tools, with a strong presence in both educational institutions and the corporate world. Their innovative solutions empower communication and teamwork in classrooms, offices, and conference spaces, supporting digital transformation across sectors.

  • You will define and execute a sales strategy targeting the education sector (schools, school boards, public authorities) and B2B markets (corporate offices, conference rooms).
  • You will build and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers in both the public and private sectors.
  • You will lead public procurement processes and position the company’s solutions in competitive tenders.
  • You will identify and secure new clients in both the educational and corporate segments.
  • You will grow and manage the reseller and partner network to increase brand visibility and market reach.
  • You will present and advocate for the company’s interactive hardware and software solutions to demonstrate their value.
  • You will represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and professional gatherings to expand brand presence.
  • You will monitor market trends and customer feedback to align strategies with business goals.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within both the education and B2B / corporate markets.
  • Strong knowledge of IT hardware (interactive displays) and collaboration software tools.
  • Proven ability to acquire new clients, manage key accounts, and grow strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and planning skills.
  • Native German speaker with fluent English.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Germany for client meetings, events, and relationship-building.
