Introduction

CAARD is revolutionizing networking with smart NFC products and an app that bridges the physical and digital worlds. Whether you are at a conference, in a café, or in a job interview, one tap is all it takes to connect sustainably and professionally. As part of an award-winning student startup with an international team, you will work directly with our founder and CEO and help scale our business across the DACH region and Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CEO on CAARD’s strategic growth, from B2B sales to go-to-market initiatives.
  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with event organizers, tech companies, HR platforms, educational institutions, and corporate clients.
  • Coordinate internal and external projects, covering market analysis, sales, and hands-on execution.
  • Support pilot customers and analyze their feedback to refine our product.

Qualifications

  • Completed or near-completion of a degree in Business, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
  • Initial experience in startups, sales, business development, or project management.
  • Structured, autonomous, and solution-oriented working style paired with creativity, courage, and a hands-on mindset.
  • Fluent German and English.
  • Extra credit for experience with CRM systems, sales automation, startup accelerators, or growth hacking.
