We are currently seeking a full-time, associate-middle level Business Development Manager. This is a home-office position with frequent business travel.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Identifying new business opportunities for EcoFlow products, expanding sales channels, analyzing industry trends, and developing sales strategies.
  2. Building long-term partnerships with new solar sales channels in the DACH market.
  3. Maintaining strong relationships with major European solar and renewable energy distributors.
  4. Organizing offline sales events, exhibitions, and business forums in the DACH region.
  5. Planning and executing sales and marketing activities to seize business opportunities.
  6. Developing and implementing strategies to increase market share and meet sales targets.
Your profile includes:
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience in sales and business development, preferably in the new energy, power equipment, or RV industries.
  • A proven track record and strong network with key solar distributors.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing preferred.
  • Self-driven with strong leadership, pragmatic approach, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive attitude, solutions orientation, cultural sensitivity, and empathy.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in German (C1 or above) and English (C1 or above); additional European languages are a plus.
