Job Opening: Business Development Manager (Associate-Middle Level)

This is a full-time, home-office position with frequent business travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify new business opportunities and expand sales channels for EcoFlow products, analyzing industry trends and competitors to develop sales strategies.
  2. Build long-term partnerships with solar sales channels in the DACH market.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with major European solar and renewable energy distributors.
  4. Organize offline sales events, participate in exhibitions, and conduct business forums.
  5. Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to capitalize on business opportunities.
  6. Develop sales strategies to increase market share and meet sales targets.
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in sales and business development, preferably in new energy, power equipment tools, or RV industries.
  • Strong network with key solar distributors is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing is preferred.
  • Self-driven with leadership skills, pragmatic, an excellent communicator, and problem solver.
  • Positive attitude, solution-oriented, culturally sensitive, and empathetic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (C1 or above) and English (C1 or above); additional European languages are a plus.
