We are seeking a strategic and results driven Business Development Manager to lead partner acquisition and commercial growth. This role involves developing and managing a high-performance business development function for a fast growing financial services firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute business development strategy in alignment with Company goals
- Lead a team focused on partner onboarding, commercial agreements and long-term relationship building
- Identify and engage with potential partners: affiliates, IBs and institutional clients
- Develop tailored commercial offers and incentive models
- Collaborate with marketing, product and operations teams to support growth
- Maintain CRM records and prepare performance and KPI reports
Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, ideally in financial services or fintech
- Proven track record in acquiring and managing commercial partners
- Leadership experience: managing or mentoring partnerships, business development, or affiliate teams
- Experience working with CRM tools and support operations in a fintech environment
- Fluent in English (C1+); other languages are a plus (Spanish, Arabic, Chinese etc)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Detail oriented with a focus on execution and follow through. - Excellent communication and presentation skills
