We are seeking a strategic and results driven Business Development Manager to lead partner acquisition and commercial growth. This role involves developing and managing a high-performance business development function for a fast growing financial services firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute business development strategy in alignment with Company goals
  • Lead a team focused on partner onboarding, commercial agreements and long-term relationship building
  • Identify and engage with potential partners: affiliates, IBs and institutional clients
  • Develop tailored commercial offers and incentive models
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and operations teams to support growth
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare performance and KPI reports

Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, ideally in financial services or fintech
  • Proven track record in acquiring and managing commercial partners
  • Leadership experience: managing or mentoring partnerships, business development, or affiliate teams
  • Experience working with CRM tools and support operations in a fintech environment
  • Fluent in English (C1+); other languages are a plus (Spanish, Arabic, Chinese etc)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Detail oriented with a focus on execution and follow through. - Excellent communication and presentation skills
