We are actively recruiting for a Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by Identifying, developing and managing new business opportunities. As well as being responsible for promoting our services to prospective clients, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for our ADME-Tox services .
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation.
Present our capabilities and service offerings to prospective clients via meetings, calls, and conferences.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams (project management, scientific operations ) to ensure alignment on client requirements and project feasibility.
Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company targets .
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
Main tain a high ly visible presence in assigned territory, by a ttend ing industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.
Provide market feedback and insights to inform strategic planning and service development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field .
Proven track record (ideally minimum 2 years) in B2B or inside sales, within the CRO, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.
S trong understanding of the drug discovery process and CRO services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required (expectation of >50% travel) .
