An exciting opportunity is waiting for you! Join World Courier as a Business Development Manager in the Frankfurt area. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the growth potential of our Healthcare/Pharma customers.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Research potential customers and qualified contacts independently.
• Generate initial contact with potential customers and contacts.
• Build up a customer base by visiting customers and potential clients for sales conversations and presentations.
• Develop sales strategies for the sales area and perform market analyses, keeping an eye on the competition.
• Handle customer inquiries and prepare offers with support from Operations / Customer Service.
• Represent the company at trade fairs and conventions.
• Stay updated on market developments, new products, and services of World Courier and competitors.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a comparable education/experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably with industry-specific knowledge.
• Fluency in German and good skills in English.
• Experience with Value-Based Selling methodology.
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution.
• Ability to interpret industry trends.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues nationally and internationally.
