We are seeking a Junior Business Developer (Japanese speaking).
Responsibilities :
- Expand our business in Japan by generating qualified leads;
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels;
- Develop and execute strategies for business development in Japan and the broader Asian markets;
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities;
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks and projects;
- Maintain and update the CRM database;
- Prepare reports and presentations as required;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications :
- Fluent in Japanese (both written and spoken);
- Proficiency in English;
- 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales;
- Experience in market research and analysis;
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively;
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
