We are seeking a Junior Business Developer (Japanese speaking).

Responsibilities :

  • Expand our business in Japan by generating qualified leads;
  • Identify and qualify leads through various channels;
  • Develop and execute strategies for business development in Japan and the broader Asian markets;
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities;
  • Support the team with ad hoc tasks and projects;
  • Maintain and update the CRM database;
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications :

  • Fluent in Japanese (both written and spoken);
  • Proficiency in English;
  • 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales;
  • Experience in market research and analysis;
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
