We are developing a high-load partner advertising system with a large RPS, featuring a modern and user-friendly interface. Our company is experiencing exponential growth and successfully integrating new technologies to accelerate this progress.

We are looking for a Junior Business Developer (Japanese speaking).

Responsibilities:

  1. Grow the business in Japan by generating qualified leads;
  2. Generate and qualify leads through various channels;
  3. Develop and implement strategies for business development in Japan and the broader Asian markets;
  4. Assist in market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities;
  5. Support the team with ad hoc tasks and projects;
  6. Maintain and update the CRM database;
  7. Prepare reports and presentations as needed;
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

  1. Fluent in Japanese (both written and spoken);
  2. Proficiency in English;
  3. 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales;
  4. Experience in market research and analysis;
  5. Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles;
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  7. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively;
  8. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
  9. Highly motivated and goal-oriented;
  10. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
