We are currently seeking a full-time, home-office-based Associate-Middle Level Business Development Manager, with frequent travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify new business opportunities for EcoFlow products and implement initiatives to expand sales channels. Analyze industry development, identify prospects, evaluate competitors, and develop sales strategies.
  2. Build long-term partnerships with new solar sales channels in the DACH market.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with major European solar/renewable energy distributors.
  4. Organize offline sales events, attend exhibitions, and conduct business forums within the DACH region.
  5. Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to seize business opportunities.
  6. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
Your Profile:
  • Minimum of 5+ years relevant experience in sales and business development, preferably in new energy (solar/battery), power equipment tools, or RV industries.
  • Proven track record and strong network with key solar distributors preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing is preferred.
  • Self-driven with strong leadership skills, pragmatic, an excellent and open communicator, and problem solver.
  • Positive attitude, solution-oriented, culturally sensitive, and empathetic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (C1 or above) and English (C1 or above); additional European languages are a plus.
