Your Role

As a New Business Development Manager, you'll drive our ambitious European growth strategy. Leveraging your existing business relationships, you’ll quickly build and expand our customer base. Your Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities leveraging your existing client portfolio.
  • Drive sales growth by proactively engaging decision-makers across targeted industries.
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes in collaboration with Marketing, Solutions, and Product teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Cultivate long-term client relationships, ensuring continuous account expansion and retention.
  • Collaborate internally for efficient client onboarding and service excellence.
  • Represent JD Logistics at industry events, building market presence and visibility.

Strategic Market Insight

  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
  • Contribute actively to refining our market entry and go-to-market strategies.

Your Profile

  • Proven track record in B2B sales within logistics, freight forwarding, e-commerce, or related industries.
  • Strong existing network and client portfolio.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and commercial acumen.
  • Fluent English required; proficiency in local languages and Chinese beneficial.
