We are seeking a Junior Business Developer (Japanese speaking).

Responsibilities:

  • Growing business in Japan by generating qualified leads;
  • Generating and qualifying leads through various channels;
  • Developing and implementing strategies for business development in the Japanese and broader Asian markets;
  • Assisting in market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities;
  • Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks and projects;
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM database;
  • Preparing reports and presentations as needed;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Japanese (both written and spoken);
  • Proficiency in English;
  • 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales;
  • Experience in market research and analysis;
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively;
