We are looking forJunior Business Developer (Japanese speaking).
Responsibilities :
- Growing business in Japan by generating qualified leads;
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels;
- Develop and implement strategies for business development in the Japanese and broader Asian markets;
- Assist in market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth;
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks and projects;
- Maintain and update CRM database;
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Japanese
- both written and spoken);
- Proficiency in English
- 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales;
- Experience in market research and analysis.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively;
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Flexibility to handle ad hoc tasks and adapt to changing priorities;
