We are currently ramping up our Sales and Business Development team across various levels. As Business Development Manager at Consultport:
You'll be responsible for:
- New client acquisition: Acquire new clients and projects for our business, incl. Fortune 500 companies, Private Equity Companies, fast-growing scale-ups, and renowned consulting firms
- Account Management: Develop client accounts; build close relationships with our customers to understand and translate their needs into tailored offerings
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with key decision-makers from leading companies to support them on their most critical projects
- Innovation: Continuously improve our sales processes, innovate our approaches, and drive customer satisfaction
- Growth: Identify growth opportunities, new markets, and further business development activities to make our mission come true
You will be a great fit if you have:
- 3-5 years experience within full-cycle B2B sales or business development roles, and a true passion for sales
- Results-driven mindset, with a track record of consistently overachieving your targets and being amongst the top 20% of your peer group
- Detail-oriented, without getting lost in details. You are always able to take a step back to see the broader picture
- Passion for providing exceptional client service in the B2B space
- Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch is very nice to have.
