Qualifikationen

Jobbeschreibung

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets for Snibe’s Core Laboratory Diagnostics portfolio across assigned territories.
  • Account Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers at medium to large accounts, distributors, and partners.
  • Customer Engagement: Identify new business opportunities, conduct client visits, and deliver value-driven presentations to prospective customers.
  • Complete the regional distribution tasks assigned by Snibe
  • Territory Strategy: Formulate and execute territory management plans, identifying growth opportunities and optimizing account coverage.
  • Market Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of Snibe’s product portfolio and maintain awareness of competitor offerings and industry trends.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, technical support, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on advancements in Snibe’s product lines and diagnostic technologies.

Requirements:

  • Background in Biochemistry, Business or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience worked in the IVD area, expecially in immuno and biochemical
  • Able to use English as working language
