With a strong engineering backbone and a global outlook, we’re scaling rapidly—and we’re looking for a strategic Business Development Manager to help us lead the charge.

What You’ll Do

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our commercial growth in the DACH markets. You’ll identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and help shape the future of clean energy. Using your technical knowledge and existing network will be crucial in the further development of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for BESS and PV solutions across Europe.
  • Identify and engage with EPCs, utilities, IPPs, and large-scale commercial clients.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align customer needs with technical capabilities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of energy storage systems, solar PV, and grid integration.
  • Clear network in the segments they are looking to target.
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals and building long-term client relationships.
  • Fluent in German; English or another European language is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe (approx. 30%).
