Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager to strengthen the commercial division South of Stuttgart.

In this role, you will be responsible for selling high-end building materials to kitchen & bathroom designers, planners, .. while also driving new business with key project clients in the region.

The ideal candidate is proactive, resilient, and results driven, with a strong work ethic and a flexible mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term sales activities targeting architecture and design firms, developers, corporate clients, property owners, and service providers.
  • Identify and create new project opportunities through personal sales efforts and by building strong professional relationships.
  • Present and promote premium building and design products in formal presentations to architects, designers, and other decision-makers.
  • Implement sales plans within agreed deadlines and manage accurate project details in CRM systems.
  • Monitor market trends, identify profitable opportunities, and ensure successful placement of products in both new-build and renovation projects.
  • Act as an ambassador within the region by actively participating in professional networks and local industry events.
  • Manage your own sales budget and consistently achieve sales and expense targets.
  • Support regional rollout programs when required, including occasional travel outside the assigned territory.
  • Continuously build product knowledge to ensure professional application and maximum client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with account managers, partners, fabricators, and installation companies to ensure flawless project execution.
Qualifications
  • +/- 5 years of experience in a similar sales role.
  • Ideally with experience in façades or the architectural/building materials sector.
  • Based in the Stuttgart (ideally South Germany) region.
  • Budget +/- 60K + 25% bonus + company car + benefits
