Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to co-create a targeted sales strategy tailored to our MedTech and Digital Health focus
- Define and refine the criteria for lead qualification and pipeline management in alignment with company objectives
- Identify prospective clients by researching and sourcing leads from relevant markets
- Build and maintain a detailed pipeline of contacts, ensuring the list is continuously updated and segmented based on predefined criteria
- Regularly evaluate the pipeline to prioritize high-potential prospects
- Initiate contact with potential clients using a mix of channels, including email, phone, and social media
- Conduct first-round conversations to understand prospects’ needs and position our clients value proposition effectively
- Work diligently to convert leads into closed deals by managing the sales process from first contact to deal closure
- Support internal teams in identifying potential client opportunities and contribute to converting them into structured projects
- Present confidently and professionally in client meetings including to senior and executive stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience
A Bachelor’s degree from an eight-semester program (or equivalent) in business, life sciences, or engineering is requiredAt least 3 years of professional experience in the life sciences industry (e.g., MedTech, pharma, biotech, or digital health)A strong self-driven approach with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, ideally with at least 2 years of relevant evidenceAbility & drive to work independently while aligning with internal strategies and goalsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in German that enable you to engage effectively with potential clients at various levels of seniorityComfortable presenting in front of clients and negotiating with various stakeholders, ensuring clarity and persuasionAbility to co-develop internal strategies and execute them meticulouslyCapable of integrating feedback and data to continuously improve sales tactics and overall performanceIn-depth knowledge of the MedTech and Digital Health sectors as well as life sciences at largeAn established network or familiarity with the industry is a significant plus, aiding in the identification of high-quality leadsThe desire and talent to grow into a leadership role as the business expandsProficient using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other applications etc.Why Arcondis
