Qualifikationen

NSF EMEA counts more than 750 employees located in 13 offices across 11 countries. Our divisions in the EMEA region support clients that are active in Food, Water, and Life Sciences industries, and we have Food & Water Labs located in the UK & Germany.

Tasks

We are currently recruiting 2 Business Development Executives for Germany / DACH - one in the Food Sector and one in Labs Services. The tasks will be:

  1. Developing/growing targeted accounts to key account level.
  2. Prospecting and creating new businesses.
  3. Managing and maintaining a pipeline while ensuring all sales administration.
  4. Developing sales plans and forecasts for the territory, managing KPIs.
  5. Sales development and execution of accounts identified as strategic customers based on volume/value potential or strategic expansion of existing accounts.
  6. Managing all pricing & gross margins within budgeted levels & BU pricing procedures.
  7. Building strong partnerships with marketing, operations, and business unit resources (laboratory, audit, ...).
  8. Presenting NSF International solutions and services to clients through direct communication in face-to-face meetings, video or web meetings, telephone calls, conferences, and emails.
  9. Driving sales management and pipeline efficiency to ensure opportunities are honest and transparent.
  10. Driving efficiency and accuracy in all sales planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within NSF.

Profile

Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a similar position

  1. Experience with Labs Services, Medical / Food Services-Retail-Horeca.
  2. Experience in the TIC industry preferred.
  3. Proven successful experience in sales and business development.
  4. Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to create and develop new businesses and build networks.
  6. Creative and entrepreneurial thinking to exploit niche and enterprise-level opportunities.
  7. Willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
  8. Fluent German and good English skills.
  9. Located in Germany with frequent travel in Germany and the DACH Region.
