Business Development Executive – Future Mid-Market Sales Leader
Remote in Germany | Base Salary: up to €80,000 + 50% Variable + $300 / Meeting Bonus
We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join a fast-growing, Series A-funded company. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on hunting new business opportunities across Europe, with a strong emphasis on the Benefits Industry.
You’ll be responsible for generating leads, setting up initial meetings, and laying the foundation for long-term client relationships. Within 1–2 years, this role is expected to evolve into a Mid-Market Sales Leadership position.
