Business Development Executive – Future Mid-Market Sales Leader Remote in Germany | Base Salary : up to €80,000 + 50% Variable + $300 / Meeting Bonus

About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join a fast-growing, Series A-funded company. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on hunting new business opportunities across Europe, with a strong emphasis on the Benefits Industry .

You’ll be responsible for generating leads, setting up initial meetings, and laying the foundation for long-term client relationships. Within 1–2 years, this role is expected to evolve into a Mid-Market Sales Leadership position.

  • Base Salary : Up to €80,000
  • Variable Bonus : 50% of base
  • Meeting Bonus : $300 per qualified meeting held

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and engage new B2B prospects across Germany, Switzerland, France, and the Netherlands.
  • Drive top-of-funnel activity : outreach, qualification, and meeting setup.
  • Collaborate with senior sales and pre-sales teams to shape go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent the company in client-facing meetings (virtual and in-person).
  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Outreach to optimize outreach.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales experience , ideally in tech, SaaS, or digital transformation.
  • Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken).
  • Energetic, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong willingness to hustle .
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently.
  • Familiarity with the Benefits Space or similar industries is a plus.
  • Experience with AI tools or sales enablement platforms is a bonus.
