Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will focus on attracting new customers. We are targeting significant growth, and, in this position, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious plan.

Key responsibilities

Develop business with new customers

  1. Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities, focusing on large-scale, complex supply chain solutions.
  2. Develop customized value propositions tailored to the unique needs of target clients.
  3. Drive the entire sales process, from prospecting to contract closure, ensuring revenue and margin targets are met.

Pre- and post-sales responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design robust and scalable solutions during the pre-sales phase.
  2. Ensure a smooth handover of accounts to the operations and account management teams post-sale.
  3. Monitor customer performance during the transition period and address any shortfalls proactively.

Market expansion and industry representation

  1. Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and customer forums to build a strong network.
  2. Share market insights with product and marketing teams to ensure solutions evolve with customer needs and industry trends.
  3. Identify opportunities to expand the company’s footprint within key verticals.

  2. Deep understanding of global trade, supply chain operations, and industry-specific challenges.

  5. Analytical mindset with financial acumen and project management capabilities.
  6. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
