About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive based in Germany who will be responsible for building and managing relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, nursing homes, and other healthcare employers across Germany.
The primary objective of this role is to onboard healthcare employers as hiring partners, understand their workforce requirements, and successfully facilitate the placement of qualified international healthcare candidates through our platform.
This is a highly execution-focused role involving hospital outreach, partnership development, requirement gathering, negotiations, and candidate placement coordination .
Key Responsibilities
1. Hospital & Healthcare Employer Acquisition
- Identify and build a database of hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, elderly care facilities, and healthcare groups across Germany.
- Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and industry events .
- Connect with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition teams, Nursing Directors, and other relevant decision-makers.
- Present our international healthcare recruitment and talent mobility solutions.
- Convert prospects into active hiring partners.
2. Partnership & Business Development
- Negotiate and finalize B2B partnerships and recruitment agreements with healthcare institutions.
- Understand the hospital's staffing requirements, hiring timelines, job profiles, salary expectations, and language requirements.
- Develop long-term relationships with hospital and healthcare HR teams.
- Maintain regular communication with existing partners and identify opportunities for additional hiring requirements.
3. Candidate Placement
- Work closely with the internal recruitment and candidate teams to understand available candidate profiles.
- Match qualified international candidates with suitable hospital vacancies.
- Coordinate the recruitment process between candidates and German employers.
- Facilitate interviews, feedback, offer discussions, and joining processes.
- Track candidates from initial introduction → interview → offer → onboarding → placement .
4. Market Development
- Research the German healthcare recruitment market and identify regions and healthcare institutions with high staffing demand.
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging hiring requirements.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Build a strong network within the German healthcare ecosystem.
5. CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of all hospital prospects, conversations, requirements, and partnerships in the CRM.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular business development reports.
- Track KPIs such as:
- Hospitals contacted
- Meetings generated
- Hospitals onboarded
- Vacancies received
- Candidates submitted
- Interviews scheduled
- Offers generated
- Successful placements
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Recruitment, Healthcare Recruitment, Staffing, or Talent Acquisition .
- Strong experience in B2B client acquisition and relationship management .
- Experience dealing with German companies, hospitals, healthcare institutions, or recruiters is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- German language proficiency of B2/C1 or above preferred.
- Good command of English.
- Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, and face-to-face meetings.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to travel within Germany for client meetings and business development activities.
